Emotive MasterTowns Weskus is the dedicated regional operating company through which the Emotive Group of Companies (EGC) localises and executes its development mandate in the Weskus region. Its work begins with the character, opportunities and practical realities of this place: its communities, landscapes, towns, industries and long-term potential. The regional platform exists to give that work a clear local centre of gravity, with a practical focus on the conditions that shape development across Weskus.
EMTW approaches regional development as an integrated programme rather than a collection of unrelated property transactions. This means looking beyond a single site or transaction to the connections that allow a region to grow well: the people who live and work there, the infrastructure that supports them, the economic opportunity that sustains them, and the partnerships that help turn a shared vision into delivery.
The platform provides a focused Weskus presence for identifying opportunities, bringing the right parties together and carrying approved work forward. It connects community development, property development, infrastructure, economic opportunity, partnerships and regional implementation in a way that remains attentive to local context. EMTW identifies, initiates and develops projects as part of its own regional development strategy and long-term participation. A market sale, lease or end-user outcome does not by itself make an opportunity open-market: the distinction is that it originated within EMTW’s own strategy. These opportunities are considered in relation to the wider Weskus context, with a view to creating practical value through thoughtful planning, sustained involvement and locally informed implementation.
EMTW acts as a regional developer and implementation partner on third-party and client-sponsored developments. This can include work with external landowners, sponsors and project principals who need regional knowledge, development coordination and an implementation partner aligned with the opportunity and the place in which it sits. The approach allows outside opportunities to benefit from a delivery partner with a clear Weskus focus.
